"The world is not a lodging-house at Brighton, which we are to leave because it is miserable. It is the fortress of our family, with the flag flying on the turret, and the more miserable it is the less we should leave it."
-G. K. Chesterton, Orthodoxy
This here blog is a glimpse or two or three at the condition of the 'fortress of our family' through the eyes Timothy Goddard, a Christian writer with an unhealthy interest in politics living in the Puget Sound area.
Blogging may decrease somewhat Chances are good that I'll be blogging a lot less for the next... oh, say, month and a half. First its home to Seattle for about three weeks, then its off to Amsterdam for another three weeks, then I'll be on a road trip around Europe for a week, and then I'll be back here. I plan on blogging the whole time, albeit a good deal less. Once I get back, hopefully I'll get going again. I say "hopefully" because my computer died yesterday. It's very sad. Anyone have a spare hard drive they'd like to trade for witty banter?
