"The world is not a lodging-house at Brighton, which we are to leave because it is miserable. It is the fortress of our family, with the flag flying on the turret, and the more miserable it is the less we should leave it."

You can Saeed that again! For those of you who miss Iraq's incorrigible Information Minister, Muhammed Saeed al-Sahaf, I have discovered an adequate stand-in, the official KOREAN CENTRAL NEWS AGENCY of DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), a.k.a. North Korea, a.k.a. land of several million starving people living as slaves to a guy with a bad haircut and a severe ego problem.
This site features such gems as
In the past century the KPA won the just wars against the U.S. and the Japanese imperialists under the guidance of Kim Il Sung and is now reliably defending the country, true to the Songun policy of Kim Jong Il. The United States should clearly know that the KPA is a matchlessly strong army led by the illustrious commander and the DPRK is not Iraq.
The DPRK has the army-based policy, the most treasured sword, single-hearted unity more powerful than any nuclear weapon and strong self-defensive power. They are our life and soul and a master key to all our victories.
At one point, the site uses the word "flunkeyism." Of course, the North Koreans can never compare with the immortal Al-Sahaf in the color of their prose, but they more than make up for it with sheer braggadocio, approaching their propaganda with the same pocket-dictionary English that made Al-Sahaf so amusing.
